Haven't event watched the golf in weeks but starting to miss the punting on it for the weekend. Was basically waiting for this week to lump on Rory but the food poisoning ruined that so didnt back him.

I think if you want to be backing regularly in the golf you need to put the research in and follow it every week. I am considering getting stuck in again but this place seems a bit dead lately aswell so haven't really been too bothered.

If I do decide to start backing properly again I might run another log as I find it helps me keep the discipline.

Anyway decided to get involved in running and have backed Dustin Johnson and Aaron Baddeley in two small singles and a small double

Kind of gave up myself after that guy who did the google spreadsheet stopped, was a good source for research. Couldn't find something that comprehensive presented compactly. If I come across something similar I might get back into it, heard there's a decent pay site but would probably only break even at best with that deduction included.

Yeh now that I think of it, it probably played a part in me stopping aswell. I was using golfbettingsystems a bit but never quite felt comfortable using it.

I never bet on golf, but a work mate says Louis Oosthuizen to win the Alfred Dunhill at 8/1 is printing money. I think I'll go e/w. What are his chances?

has finished 2nd here 3 times. ew would make more sense. Wouldn`t bet the farm on him though

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,200 ✭✭✭superfurry1

I'm thinking Oliver Wilson is a huge price winner here previously as big as 750-1 in places.
