I bet on someone to win a three ball, presume that is today and tomorrow so bet not settled until tomorrows finished?

  • Registered Users Posts: 184 ✭✭Sir montygom

Lowery 20/1 without speith or Rory ... 1,2,3,4 places ... Worth a few bucks I think!! His bad round yesterday is not as bad as it seems now and a good one today will make give options tommorrow to make a few bucks !! I would think he is better in windy/bad weather than most and that fine red beard will keep him warm as 10 degree drop in temperature forecast for Georgia today!!

SkyBet are offering 25/1, but are offering 1/5 odds for placing.

I have Snedeker E/W at 55/1 but I'm gonna re-back him now. He just pared #1 and drove the ball 340 yards onto the fairway at #2. The last time I saw conditions like this it was at the Farmers Insurance final round where Snedeker was a good bit back going into it and managed to be the only player to hit under par. He was in the clubhouse for a good hour as he watched all of the other players hit over par and he ended up winning the tournament.

I could be very wrong but win only at 20/1 - worth another 5er.

What's the story. (place part payment reduction...)

Dead heat reduction, whereby DJ shared the -1 position with two others. Probably a -66% value of the place part for coming in joint 3rd.

..Looks also like there was no 8th place as it was so bunched up at the top, it jumps from T7 to T10

Looks like 200/1 Berger etc, just missed out on Sky's (pre-tournament) 8th place, due to the pile up at the top.
Willet looked for a while like the only one from about 9pm with a slight chance if Spieth go the ball wet (which he did twice).

    Sky's notes on their payouts:

Dustin Johnson to finally get over the line. Awesome ball striker and a better putter than is sometimes claimed (25th in strokes gained this season on tour) and he's knocked on the door plenty of times now. Think this might finally be his moment.

Also going to have a look at Branden Grace.

DeChambeu 22/1 (think this guy is the real deal and will win very soon, going to try stick with him for the next while)
Summerhays 60/1 (awesome record at the course even though he's been average so far this season)
Garnett 200/1 (No reasoning just saw something online previewing the event and tipping him as a decent outsider bet)
