I thought Ian Poulter played well last week and he has been consistent without getting involved seriously over the last few weeks so he may be overdue a good run. I'll take the 80/1 8 places on him - available with Sky and PP. 1pt e/w

Patton Kizzire was 3rd in the AT&T a few weeks back and after a week off looks like he could be primed to get involved also at 100/1. again 8 places with Sky and PP. 1pt e/w

Fairly new to the thread but love reading the tips etc. - good luck this week.

A nice week last week with Kizzire and Poulter both finishing T3 for a 34pt profit on the week.

A bit more speculative this week.

Padraig Harrington must take inspiration from the likes of Phil Mickelson and Stewart Cink and will be buoyed by his own form - he looks a big price still.
    200/1 0.5pt e/w (Sky 8pl)

Mackenzie Hughes - Has missed his last 4 Cuts but his play hasn't been spectacularly bad or anything and he's still ranked 66 in the world. I'm hoping a return to the scene of his T6 last year can spark him back to life.
    200/1 0.5pt e/w (Sky 8pl)

Byeong-Hun An - Always on the look out for someone improving and after a bad run he has made his last two cuts. Has some great form here on this track and was beaten in a playoff in 2018.
    250/1 0.5pt e/w (sky 8pl)

Patrick Rodgers - Hard to make a case on his recent form - but is another who likes the track and I can't help but add him to the docket. Has had some decent form this year but has struggled to put 4 good ones together.
    250/1 0.5pt e/w

Gary Woodland 66/1 e.w Top 8, I think he's coming into decent form and was talking hismelf up in a recent interview I saw, seems very happy with his game and fitness after his injury.

Billy Horschel 66/1 e.w Top 8, Ball striking stats looks good and has 3 top 15's in his last 3 starts at this event

Kevin Streelman 60/1 e.w Top 8 playing well the last couple of weeks, decent course form too. ( I know the course has been revamped a bit but not expected to play too differently)

Couple of specualtive long shots Talor Gooch & Carlos Ortiz both 150/1 e.w Top 8

Gooch, Horschel, Woodland Top 40 (10/1)
Stanley, Lowry, Hoffman Top 40 (8/1)
Hoffman, Cantlay, Streelman Top 20 Ben An, Griffin Top 40 (250/1)

    Good Luck All.

Rahm 6 ahead, 1.15 in running, finishes his round and is then told he has tested positive for Covid and has to withdraw.

Most bookies have paid out on him winning it though.
Paddy Power, BoyleSports, Betfred, Bet365, Hills, Coral, Ladbrokes and Betfair Sportsbook have confirmed that they will settle all outright bets on Rahm as a winner.

The only time exchange betting doesn't pay :(.

Fair play to the bookies, sickner for you assuming you had him on the exchange.

Boyles and Paddy Power 10 places in shops and online for this weekend.
Ladbrokes 10 places in shops in ireland only.
Little difference in prices between them all in shops.
Online Sky Bet 11 places, Betfair and Betfred 10 places and Hills 9 places but check prices as more place(s) can lead to smaller odds.

I know it's a fairly common complaint these days but the odds on offer FOr this tournament must be the worst I've ever seen. 13 players at 25s or under on PP.

    Exchanges are yer friend lads.

That's because of the 10 places they are going.
There used to be a win only coupon but haven't seen it in PP for a while.

For a man that's never won, or really got close to winning major, rahm's price is silly

Must be the first time i have not backed one to win a major in a long time.

I have started betting on the fantasy golf with PP for several weeks now and i find it very interesting picking 6 players in a unique format where points are awarded for birdies,,eagles, two birdies in a row,a birdie after a bogey and of course points deducted for bogies and double bogies, extra points for a winner,2nd and so on.

Each player has a notional value and we are restricted to a fixed amount when selecting teams to represent us.

One can enter a whole variety of contests cost 25 cents or 100s of euro and lots of prices in beween, prize money is massive in some contests and one can choose to bet against just one opponent or 15 or 20,000 opponents and ones position can be seen on a chart at all times.

My teams or this week consist of combinations of Dustin,Xander De Chambeau. Oosthuizen,Casey,Finau,Scott and Rose and low cost players Vegas,Clark,Smith and Huh.

I left out Rory,Rham,Cantalay Koepka,Speith,Morikawa,Thomas and Reed, and with a bit of luck i hope to get a good run.

    Best of luck to all.

Not sure if I said it before , have you tried draftkings? I'd imagine it's far better than PP and much more variety of contests etc. I'm entering 3 contests this week $100 and two $33 entries, still haven't picked the teams yet, so better get to it!

I put up Garrick Higgo for the PGA, and while he put up a decent showing he never featured at the top of the leaderboard. I had mixed feelings watching him win his 2nd ever start in the US last week and I can't let him go unbacked for this. He is obviously different Gravy and while winning back to back might prove a stretch he is still value at 60/1 (10 places with PP) to get involved. 1pt e/w

I never like taking short odds in these and one of those 20/1 shots from a year ago Tommy Fleetwood is now a 75/1 (8 places Bet365) shot. His form isn't even that bad with a couple of top 10's and a T14 at the Wells Fargo in the last 3 months alone. He has contended in this multiple times and could come into his own if the course gets really tough. 1pt e/w

PGA Championship aside, Brian Harman has been in fantastic form with a string of 6 Top 20's in 7 events. He also has form contending in the US Open so while he is not the longest hitter we know this shouldn't stop him contending if on form. 90/1 (11 places, Sky) 1pt e/w - 125/1 8 places also available.

Garrick Higgo's good friend Wilco Nienaber is also worth backing at 200/1 - outdrives Bryson DeChambeau by an average of approx 6 yards and I think the course will set up for the likes of him to just try and overpower it like DeChambeau did in the event last year. Made his US debut last week and finished T14 - we could be looking at a golden age in South African golf. 0.5pt e/w (11 places, Sky)

And lastly - one who I think is overlooked a bit at 300/1 is Troy Merritt - 3 Top 10's in his last 8 stats - overpriced given the form he is in although the consensus is he won't like the course. At that price I'm willing to find out if he can continue his recent form here. 0.5pt e/w

I hope woodland can show some of his good stuff and build on his last major performance... 66/1 pps and JT Poston @400/1 small nibble e/w... hope it’s exciting few days!

Thanks i will have a look at Draftkings though i may not set up another account and as my only account is with PP i bet with them.

They must have a linkup with some big U S operator for the sotware.

I went into two of the 25 euro pools this week restricted to 5 players with a payout of 110 euro,i am leading both so hoping it stays that way.

On Morikawa @28/1 now e/w could be in the thick of it if he gets a fast start... post a score and maybe see a lot of sqeeky bums coming down the stretch ! Looks like it will be a cracker of a final round !

2 unbelievable putts from Rahm on the 17th and 18th to win it by a shot from Oosthuizen.
I thought he was too short at 9/1 pre tournament so didn't back him this time around :(.

    Travellers.

Maverick McNealy posted a top 5 recently off a break so hoping for something similar from him here this week. Has some great form combined with Missed cuts. Hopefully it's an on week for him - 125/1 8 places sky 1 pt ew

One I took out of last week that is still a big price is Mackenzie Hughes. Had 5 MC before that so should be eager to keep his form up. 110/1 8 places sky 1 pt ew
