    just backed Van Pelt in running @100/1,playing the hardest part of the course,if he pars the next 2(17 an 18) and the price stays the same i'll back him again.
    Great ball striker,once he doesn't get to the front too soon he may well be there on Sunday with a chance.

    Any thoughts going in to day two ?

    I see Sergio shot +6 over two consecutive holes. A double bogey followed by a quadruple bogey yet he managed to get in at 3 over.

    I think the 100/1 available is crazy considering he is 6 off the lead especially as Pop Pop (phil to the rest of you) is capable of more than 1 bad round as we all know and struggles to put 4 good days together.

    I looked for a price for gmac to miss the cut but couldnt find one directly so attempted to lay him the make the cut, think it was roughly 2/5 but I tried to lay him at 1/3 and didnt get matched :(

    I think anybody +5 or better can win from here. Pop Pop won't hold it together. The leader going into round 3 could be even par.

    I like it when the score for the winner of a Major is around even par but I don't like it if its because of the weather.

    Weird viewing betting wise yesterday. Really thought Simpson was going to establish himself in the top 10 when he was at -2 or so, but he just nose dived. Bit of a kick to the teeth seeing Mickelson where he is too.

    Hopefully Stenson kicks on over the weekend and at least places.
