Nobody to play with online - GTA the ballad of gay Tony

Hi

so I set up online gaming on the PS3, with some help. So my problem now is, I go online on The Ballad of Gay Tony and there is nobody else. It's just like offline free roam.

Any help would be appreciated.

I did go onto partymode last night, but it's just like offline free roam, but there are weapons, health and armour around on the ground and up on the roof of buildings. But there is no other online gamers in party mode.
there is also savilieans walking and driving around. So I'm still confused why this is happening..

Okay update time:

I went onto IV and it's the same story, maybe I need to add some online users? I'm really confused..

There is always people roaming around game of freemode. I play alot of ranked matchs rather than freemode these days as freemode is full of modders and they just dont play fair. lol....I'll add you as i have to go back into freemode for some fun and sharpen my heli skills again. Check your NAT type as if its not on type 2or3 that wont help you find games.

Okay, I really though can't find anyone. There isn't even any online players on the map. Any way, I was with you until the part in bold there.

Your NAT type is for an open network.It allows players connections alot easier.If you go to the setting menu and network setting, test connection and it will tell you what NAT type you have.If type 2 your all good.If type 1 that could be your problem. I'll add you monday when i get online as i dont game at the weekends.

If you go into free mode and no-one is there, just leave that game and go into anther free-mode.
