I need to source about 5 USB drives with about a 2GB or 4GB capacity.

I have had a look on ebay, but they seem to be coming in at around €5 each. Surely there has to be somewhere cheaper to source them.

I will prob need to get another 5 to 10 again in the future, so looking for the best value out there.

    Thanks.

    I would've thought €5 was a reasonable price.

    7DayShop spring to mind...

They've different prices for single units, 5+, 10+ and 50+.

    2Gb Link .. buy 10+ for £3.59 ea (sterling)

4Gb (temporarily out of stock) buy 10+ for £3.79 ea (Sterling) 4Gb Link

I've bought a few things off them in the past, sd cards, camera filters etc.
    Nothing too expensive.
I think they're based in Jersey... might be delivery charge on that...

Or DealExtreme ( Expect 4-6 week delivery wait )
4Gb DX Link at US $5.20 but free delivery.

I've bought a lot from DealExtreme.
Maybe 10 orders, only 1 caught for customs/vat.

4GB Transcend Jetflash 5 for €23.68, 10 for €45.02 incl. postage (a couple of days)

Argos: the slowish Sandisk 4GB blade for €4.99, and the 8GB for €5.99

Ebay and chinese sites aren't really recommended for memory unless you've a reliable supplier, made even worse if the outcome is bulk counterfeit.

Read reviews, USB drives vary a lot

Thanks for the replys... they are for a relative who is a keen photographer and his intention is to give the usb drives to friends and others with some of his snaps as gifts, so he wouldn't be getting the drives back... hence why i am looking for the cheapest.

He originally had been using burned blank cds with his pics on them... but some people who received the cds reported they wouldnt read in their laptops and some older pcs. So usb drives would be a better solution.

Thanks for the links... will check them out today.

Thanks for that, I'd a browse around there, as it's nearby in West Dublin.
    They've some interesting stuff.

An SD card with built-in WiFi SD Wifi. Never heard of the like !

    Some cheapish USB 3 enclosures...

And now USB flash drives are up to 256Gb and 516Gb !
