The Xperia is probably the most advanced Android handset out there, although the Samsung S3 is not too far behind. The S3 Mini is basically a slightly inferior Samsung S2, to be honest, I wouldn't bother with it.

The mini is a much nicer size though, I know that means the screen is smaller but the advantage is it sits better in your pocket (where phones tend to spent a hell of a lot of time).

Wait a week as the S4 will be launched on Thursday. Even if you're not interested in the S4 it may mean the S3 and S3 mini will come down in price a bit.

note 2. Just got one today, fantastic phone, still have xperia s, but this is so much better. Lovely screen size, blacks are black, huge battery, expandable memory, s pen.
