Street lights dont work

The street lights in my estate don't work, who the hell do i contact. Most of them worked until EBS or some one came for Maintenance and now none of them work! its been like a full year sense they last worked!! In Mayo, Ballyhaunis can some one tell me who to contact????????

The company mayo county council have hired to maintain the street lights is Electric Skyline and the contact details can be found here.

have you not seen a council or esb van pass by anywhere ,

Is the estate managed by the council or by a management company?

If its a management company you need to contact them. If not, then as above, get on to the county council.
