I picked up a heart rate monitor in Lidl today and I can't get the watch to pick up the heart rate. I've read the manual cover to cover and can't find how to rectify it?

    Anyone any ideas??

Check if the battery has a slip of plastic preventing it from making contact, this is sometimes done to preserve battery life prior to sale.
