    My missus does Intermediate Pilates in Splashworld at 7 on Thursdays, Beginners I think is on at 6.

    I'm fairly sure there are yoga classes out in Alphazone, across from Genzyme on a Friday. I'll try find out more for you. There is also Yoga in the Edmund Rice centre.

    Dagmer Khan does them down in Spirit Leisure centre I think on Tuesday and Thursday nights well when I went when I was working at home. Based in Dublin now.

    Best to ring Spirit and they will tell you the time. I think it's €10 per class.

    Hi, just in case someone is looking for a venue for their club or class, there is a hall in the six croos roads industrial estate available. currently used by a karate club but available days and some nights, Rent very reasonable.
