Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

has anyone ever gotten into trouble on going over their download limits?

is there a download limit with eircom?

in all the years iv been with them (12 years) iv never had a limit.. is that possible or is it a glitch?

On certain packages ( bottom end ones) there can be excess charges which are capped as no more than €30 excess. On a 'normal' or high end package I never heard of anyone getting hit and you are likely on a normal / high unless you downgraded some time.

But it is  not an open ended amount, eg if your wifi was hacked and someone took the complete piss.

    Hi StonedParadoX

Some eircom broadband subscriptions do indeed have a download allowance, would you like to PM me the account details or landline number in question? I can look into this and get back to you.

    Regards

    Al
