    hi just wondering can a postman drop a summons in to your letter box without somebody signing for it and could you ignore it and say you never got it

    We don't do advice. If a thing has travelled in the envelope that says "Substituted Service" and Order. Then you've been served. Show up in Court or instruct a Solicitor.
