How much are you looking at for the bricklinked parts?

    All in
    €35 for instructions
€280 for parts in 4 orders (using easy buy)
€15-20 approx. per order shipping - some cheaper options but I had a large order from Serbia

So ballpark, €380 for the lot

As that was loading I thought it was going to be just a big green screen. Would have been equally suitable I think.

it looks amazing tbh, i am tempted to get it but that price point is madness like.

Anyone got one of these to spare (colour not important)? I'd pay you for it, with postage, just trying to avoid Bricklink min buys

I hope this flies off the shelf and into kids playrooms because its not a question of if we ever get to space, but when!

I hope to pick up 2-3 copies of the moon base and expand them into a larger diorama. Great wave imo and the people pack is just excellent, wonder what the price range will be though.

China is getting more civilized every year. They stopped buying Western rubbish and they grow respect for intelectual copyrights.
Good for genuine Lego collectors. Not that good for Lego-system enthusiasts accepting cheaper alternatives. I only hope Lego will not turn back again into expensive toy brand for limited affluent customers as it was years ago.

Just spent the day in Legoland Windsor with my son. Really enjoyable.
Some queues were silly though I'd hate to be there on a busy day. An hour to spend 3 minutes on the Ninjago boat!!
We only saw a fraction of it but it was enough.

Has anyone been to the Lego House in Denmark? The better half is looking to take me as a birthday present and was hoping that someone might have thoughts on it (as it's a bit out of the way)?

On an unrelated note. Very excited about the (not very secret any more) Stranger Things sets to be revealed later this week in London...

Myself and a friend were there in February. We did it a little awkwardly as we flew from Shannon to Stansted late on a Tuesday night and stayed in the airport hotel there. We then caught an early flight directly to Billund the following morning (Wednesday) where we spent all day in Lego house. We then flew back to Stansted that evening where we again stayed overnight. Finally we flew back to Shannon on the Thursday morning.

In total it was 4 flights, 3 airports and lots of mileage in around 36 hours. It was tough going but definitely worth it. We walked through Lego House ourselves twice bad then a third time with a tour guide. The restaurant experience is worth trying but the food isn't great and it's pricey. If you can go for a few days, Legoland is only five minutes from the house.

I reckon I'll go back again, this time with the missus. However I'd fly from Dublin to Copenhagen, stay in Copenhagen for a few days and then travel to Billund. It's like a 3 hour train journey from Copenhagen.

Thanks so much - really appreciate you taking the time to review for me. Hadn't even considered Copenhagen as a 'while we're there'. Great advice! :)

Hi my daughter 9, is insisting on investing her communion cash on the Hogwarts (71043) set in Smyths :D:D:D, is there anywhere else I could get this and save her a few euro, €400 in Smyths, STG350 up north, not interested in the "compatible" versions although I have a few smaller sets and never had any issue other than the 3 months delivery time.

Try this: its a list of Bricklink sellers, that have new or complete sets, based in Europe, that ship to Ireland:

Smyth's have a 20% off Lego sale throughout the year, you're better off waiting until the castle is on offer and get it then.

They just had a bunch of the star wars sets at 20% off including the UCS Millennium Falcon for €640!!!

Smyths have an annual sale for a week/fortnight in September where its €10 off every €50 spent. The idea is to shift stock before the Christmas is put on shelves.

It is a bit of a wait but it would net your daughter the set for €320.
