This is happening continuously for the last couple of months and keeps happening even on pages/websites that I use frequently. It keeps sayings 'such a website has a cookie policy..'

    Any ideas...

P.s. How do I know which version of IE I am using? I have a feeling I downloaded IE9 not long ago but at the same time I'm not sure
