syncing contacts to tescomobile web text

    Sorry I don't know where to post this.

    2 questions:
    1. How do I synch my contacts from my HTC phone to the tesco web text?

    2. In trying to do so myself, I up-loaded a file from my computer that I thought was my contacts list - cabbage - but it's not and now on my tesco web text page I have up-loaded a lot of gobbledly gook onto my contacts section and I can't get rid of it.

    Please help! Thanks.
