    The website is badly designed. When you change the type of property (detatched, apartment etc) the colours change.

    Also, in fairness to the designers, their source data is skewed. They are using the property register data from the last 2 years. That's it. No local knowledge etc. So, as property sales are so low volume, there isn't a lot of data. There are at least 3 properties in that area which were in a terrible state of repair when they sold, which will mess it up a bit too.

    The Blackrock side is always cheaper though regardless of house type. And there must have been properties in the cheaper area that sold for more than 500k

    It is a very rough guide and totally unreliable. Misleading in fact as you cannot use it to decide what to pay at all.
    Every street is different value wise...even houses on the same street.
    To group all houses of a particular type into the same price bracket across a whole electoral district is ridiculous.
