hi, just looking for some advice, my family own a plot of land and a cousin of ours has a holiday home adjoining it, he has recently made an effort to claim an old house on our land as his own which, as you can imagine, has caused a falling out. he has always used a track going through our land as a right of way to his house, this track is not registered on any map. i want to know if i can ban him from using the path until he applies to register it on a map because i would like everything to be clear from now on. i must also point out that there is another (registered) right of way running alongside our land which goes right to his front door so access is not an issue, any advice would be much appreciated, thanks

What do you think your Cousin will most likely do if you "ban him" from using a track that "he has always used"?
