Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi folks,

Sunday I booted up iTunes and it was empty, all my music was gone

In preferences iTunes was pointed to the right place. I had to reset the music directory to get everything back, but a lot of music was all over the place and now I've just noticed my playlists are gone :mad:

Anyone have any idea what happened and how I prevent it form happening again?

    Thanks in advance

I have a backup of my music on am external hard drive, I also have it on my computer's hard drive, that's the thing, my music is still in the same place and itunes was pointed in the right direction, but when I loaded it up there was no music in itunes

I did, but when I put the music back into itunes there was an awful lot of reorganising to be done again which is what i'm trying to avoid in the future

Sounds like your library file got damaged somehow. It does back up your library every so often in a folder called "Previous iTunes Libraries" so you might be able to restore one of these to at least get something back.
