Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Im taking a company to court. Not to give too much info but they were to restore an expensive and much in use home heating item for me in two days back in Summer 2011. After two years we still did not have the item. Thats two years without proper home heating and lots and lots of pestering, phone calls etc etc. All were ignored except for a few e-mails which we kept as evidence.

The defendant has ignored all legal correspondence, did not appear at an initial hearing or lodge any notice to defend.
I have to attend court in a week to give evidence.
The defendants company is still a going concern.

    I know little about law.
Is all this a good sign?
