Temps have risen here in south Meath to about 2.5C and the snow cover is in fast melt. The road situation is back to normal.

Edit : I see Meath now has a status orange warning for a possible repeat performance tomorrow morning.

moderate/heavy sleet, some flakes in the mix

  • Registered Users Posts: 19,473 ✭✭✭✭Super-Rush

Heavy graupel been falling for about 15 mins in Carlow.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,192 ✭✭✭✭Larbre34

Rather a manky mix of rain and light graupel in Dun Laoghaire, precip is staying in its frozen form and putting a barely visible layer of slush on the footpaths which is lethal on polished granite!

Temp 2C, light north wind, Dublin Bay is barely stirring.

If only this was January, whiteout City.

M50 at its highest points near Ballinteer looks like its getting pasted, could be a fun commute later if the DPs fall away
