Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,
Im heading over to Galway in the next few weeks and Im looking for some interesting roads (ideally off road) that I can mess around on to break up the journey. I dont mind deviating about 20 miles off the route. We're going to avoid the motorways anyway.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

after athlone take right for shannon bridge and go via portumna, then loughrea, gort & back to galway, nice country round there, with smooth sweeping roads

its actually a left, so dont go off to roscommon looking for portmuna !! While your down that way you should check out shannon harbour it just before Colghan on right, sort of a boat lock/boat dump, might be a few trails down there round the canalls you could mess round on
