I'm looking for a reliable and reputable site where one can order custom PCs, i.e you get to choose from a selection of MBs, CPUs, GPUs etc, as well as the OS and any additional software if any.

    Thanks.

The thing is they won't fit the CPU cooler as it could get damaged in tranist and also the version of Windows they install will be in German and not the English version.

    Just to correct this:
They won't fit large coolers, small coolers like most stock coolers or low profile ones are fine.

Also they charge an additional fee to install windows, but they version they install will be whatever you select. They have both english and german versions, though the english one usually costs a few euro more. Its quite easy to install windows on your own anyway, its not worth the extra charge.

I wouldnt say they beat Amazon by a mile. Iv been checking various stuff in the last few weeks and they are all the same price as Amazon, give or take €5-€10 cheaper/more expensive.

Also remember that both charge the Irish VAT rate. Amazons prices are advertised with the UK VAT rate (20%) and HWVS are at the German Vat Rate (19%). So for HWVS add 4% on to the advertised price and for Amazon add 3%.
