Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
Are there jobs as education administrators in Ireland?
Administrators are usually responsible for supervising areas such as student affairs, ciruculam or admissions and can be found at colleges, universities, and more
I would be interested in education but dont think Im cut out to be a teacher.

No, these jobs are done by teachers, often in their own time.

To be fair, such positions do exist at third level.

But at second level it is done by teachers.

    - I've seen jobs such as you describe advertised by the growing number of private education institutions in Dublin that offer third-level and part-time courses. There are also at least seasonal jobs administering programmes in Ireland for foreign language students and liaising with the families in whose private homes they reside while in Ireland
Big professional accreditation and training bodies also sometimes advertise positions such as you outlined
Don't be disheartened by the over-worked teachers!
    best of luck
