I complained via phone and email - deaf ears. Wrote a review on trustpilot and was contacted by their managing director, who sorted me out. He refunded me the cost of the item and resent it complimentary. Which is why you did not get the points - anyway my order number was 400000091

I havent received anything yet, and they keep saying they need order numbers to match to the referrals!

I would have thought it would be automated?

One poster posts theirs, the next poster should use that and then post his so the following poster uses that and so on and on.

But the problem here is the bulk powders will not validate the referrals and you have to supply order numbers which is quite hard when we are all strangers!

I got my referral points after giving them a two star review on trust pilot. TPW system is so much easier

Orders over £15 gets you an additional £5 and the person whose code you used gets £5 credit.

Off topic but I'm planing on buying from bulkpowders tomorrow and I'm just wondering does the pre workout come with a scoop as I've heard the protein and creatine doesn't ?

I order protein creatine and pre workout and all came with scoops. Also got the breakfast smoothie and it's really good

My recent order of protein and creatine contained no scoop in the protein but a 30g scoop in the creatine. Luckily I had a 5g scoop in the house. Though scoops of all sizes are pennies.
