People should have the right to determine what happens to their body when they die. We had enough of this thing with the organ retention scandal. People should be encouraged to donate their organs but it shouldn't be compulsory.

Yeah but people are too lazy and apathetic to make the effort to be a donor, so will go along with it if it's compulsory. Make it an opt-out system to rope in the not-arsed, and those not up for it can chose not to donate.

I'm fair neutral to the two of them meself, though I met Michael D twice and he spoke in my school and I think he has the right idea with pushing the arts, we're the best nation in the world for literature for our population.

The High Kings.. eh, I saw them once on TV and half liked them. Prefer to hear someone like MacGowan singing Dirty Old Town myself though.

I like the High Kings as I am sure alot of the people on this thread do, but the sound (acustics) in the LLS studio deseprately needs to be addressed. There has also people on this thread whose respect for President Higgins has grown since he was elected and has done this country proud.
