    Can't say I've ever seen any disdain for Michael D on this thread. The High Kings should be shot with bullets made of their own $hlt though!
    I'm not a fan of his fuddy-duddy, artsy-fartsy, harmless-old-wizard persona. He was the least offensive presidential candidate which is why he got elected but Mary McAlese and Mary Robinson are far more suited to the role.

    Ah now, I don't think artsy-fartsy is a fair description for him. The guy's got a genuine interest. God knows I wouldn't be seen dead reading his poetry though. But he's definitely an academic in the realm of English, in fairness.
