Uninstall Program not in Add/Remove in Control Panel

Not in all Programs either. Any ideas how to get rid of it? Tried this messing with registry but it's not in there either:confused: Tried reinstalling over but didn't work, program won't work the way it is. Think windows firewall was the cause.

Some programs do not write to the registry and you uninstall them by deleting the folder and shortcut(s).

Care telling us which program you're talking about?
