In the High court, a plaintiff can be awarded anything from 38000 euro upwards, if they are successful.

    I'm aware of that!

I'm wondering is a person entitled to get damages -
for pain and suffering (Aside from the injuries they sustained)
    Future pain and suffering
What about future loss of earnings?

loss of earnings is speculative and depends on the individual case. pain and suffering is usually cobbled into the general award and No the High Court is not bound to award more than a specific amount so be aware of that.
