HEA skills funding - likelihood of changes for 2013-14

I have just been accepted into an IT masters program which was partially funded by the HEA for the 2012-13 academic year with the fees being €2,750, but as far as I can see, the fees for the forthcoming year are under review as of yet, so I am wondering if anyone knows how things may pan out? thanks,…
