How do I find out what pre-pay price plan I am on with Vodafone

    Hi All,

    How do I find out what pre-pay price plan I am on with Vodafone?

    I can log on to my vodafone account and send webtexts etc.

    But on the vodafone website I do not see anywhere I can click to view my pre-pay price plan telling me in a simple format what my costs are.

    Such as:

    Price Plan: XXX
    Cost per minute: €0.XX
    Cost per text: €0.XX

    I know the simplest thing is to just ring up vodafone's customer care.

    But I am just amused as to how I can very easily find info on my vodafone account website as to how to top-up, buy add-on's etc and very little on how much my pre-pay price plan costs.

    Go to the price plan selection on the website (where you can see what is on offer). Select any one of them, and login.

    You'll be asked if you want to move to the new one. Your old one should be mentioned here.

    If not, call 1907.
