Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

But Owen's goalscoring record shows that he wasn't done when he lost his pace. He has still scored goals at Madrid, Newcastle and Man United. His problem at all three clubs was not getting on the field often enough.

Not sure if anyone has seen this. What a clown. Southall burns him: "well done he's 13!"

One of my earlier memories being an Arsenal fan was watching Owen in that final. Simply Brilliant!

Seriously a goal against Man City is all he has to show for the last 7 years
Well, he did score a hat-trick in the Champions League against Wolfsburg. I think that was more impressive.

He never did quite so well for United or Real Madrid, and some will perhaps rightly say that he undeservedly picked up medals for the former.

Well, he was Real Madrid's second top scorer in the 2004/05 season. How can you undeservingly pick up winner's medals in a team sport?
