Missing Binoculars

    I ordered binoculars from Groupon (I know my mistake now) and have been waiting nearly 3 months for them.

    I contacted Groupon on the 28/2 and they said that they were dispatched. They couldn't provide me with a tracking reference.

    I had asked for a refund which they denied even though I had waited the required 28 days for delivery bullcrap they feed you.

    What do you think I should do next.

    I sent an email to Groupon quoting my case # and said I want a refund now as I'm waiting nearly 3 months for them.

    They haven't responded back after about 5 days.

    Any suggestions would help greatly
