Visa debit charge back

    Hi I purchased items on 2/3 through online retailer my account was debited and as yet I've received nothing and status of my order online is still waiting to be filled. I've tried to ring the retailer & email them but they are not answering either. Can I raise a charge back through 365 or do I have to call to a branch. Thanks

    Thanks for posting.

    You can download a Visa Debit Transaction Dispute Form from here

    There is a postal address at the bottom of the form and you will receive a text message when the form is received.

    Please also send a signed cover note, explaining that you have contacted the retailer but have not received a response.
