Thinking of switching courses

Im a 2nd year marketing student in carlow I.T and im thinking of switching colleges to do a psychotherapy course because been a therapist interests me. Now i don't get a grand because im on BTEA and the VEC pay my fees. Can i just apply to switch courses and colleges or how does that process work? All help is appreciated.…
