HRV Controller Problem

    I have an ITHO HRV system with remote control. The remote control has 4 buttons, speeds 1 to 3 and a boost button which turns on the maximum speed for up to 30 minutes. Recently, I've noticed that when I press the lowest speed button it only stays on this setting for approx 20 to 30 minutes before reverting to the previous speed. This is not how it operated previously, it should stay at the speed until a different speed button is selected. Any ideas on what could be causing this issue?

    have you checked the Remote battery - may be its sending a cancel signal - just a thought

    hi, thanks for the response. i have tried taking the battery out of the controller after turning the setting down to the lowest speed and it still resets the speed so i don;t think the issue is with the controller.
