EBS 3 yr fixed mortgage ended - what next?

My 3 YEAR fixed rate mortgage has just finished with EBS. Any recommendations I what I should do next e.g. fix again or stay on variable rate. Cheers

So has mine. Usually they send out a letter giving the fixed rate options and rates for the next 3-5 years. This year I just got a letter giving me the variable rate. Whats the story? are they still doing fixed rate?:cool:
