Boss snapping at me and finished job soon

    Hi there

    Just looking for a bit of advive on this. My boss has been snapping at me in work for the last few days. Things seemed ok last week but this week she is just snapping at me and I don't really understand it. I will be finished my job soon and just wondering do u think I could get a bad reference now or something?

    Bosses are human too :-)

    It could be work or personal life stress, possibly nothing to do with you.

    A polite inquiry to show that you care may be appreciated.

    That may get you a good reference, if they remember you as the person that cared enough to ask.
