It has not been established with certainty that they're from Apollo 11.

From that webpage you provided a link to ....

The F-1 rocket engine is still a modern wonder — one and a half million pounds of thrust, 32 million horsepower, and burning 6,000 pounds of rocket grade kerosene and liquid oxygen every second. On July 16, 1969, the world watched as five particular F-1 engines fired in concert, beginning the historic Apollo 11 mission. Those five F-1s burned for just a few minutes, and then plunged back to Earth into the Atlantic Ocean, just as NASA planned. A few days later, Neil Armstrong stepped onto the moon.

This clever form of wording makes you associate this discovery with Apollo 11 but it doesn't explicitly say that those engines actually came from the first stage of the Saturn V rocket which launched Apollo 11. Also note that the snip quoted from the blog post by Bezos makes no mention of Apollo 11.

The Irish Indo also fell for it, the headline says Apollo 11 engines recovered from ocean floor

but the caption under the photo only claims that they are 'Apollo-era rocket engines'.

and the Daily Telegraph headline said Amazon CEO recovers Apollo 11 engines

but in the body of the article it admits....

Mr Bezos now says it's unclear which Apollo mission the recovered engines belonged to because the serial numbers were missing or hard to read on the corroded pieces.

    Has now.
“We have been working hard to help Jeff and his team identify the missions for various components recovered,” NASA spokesman Robert Jacobs told Yahoo News in an email. “Our records align with what the team has found and it appears they have pieces of a Saturn V F1 engine from Apollo 11. We appreciate the care and diligence the team is showing in the recovery and restoration of these valuable pieces of space exploration history.”

    Has now.

Agreed, glad to see that NASA has confirmed the provenance.
    Now someone ban me quick.

    Why?

Is that a gold deposit to the left of the engine or some sort of oxidised debris from the rocket?

Oxidised debris i'd say. They need to do a sidescan sonar of the whole area so they can find the rest. Even pics of them in their resting places would do me!
