Disposing of engine oil/ car battery's?

    As the thread suggests I'm looking for where in Limerick I can dispose of used motor engine oil and car battery's.

    Also does it cost and is it open the wkend?

    Really? I was gonna say its worth something, but seeing as hegartys only gave 110 for a mondeo including a battery, id be very surprised if the battery would get ya 20

    Take the oil to Mungret and the batteries to Hegartys or united metals.

    There is no way that they are giving €20 for car batteries though! Maybe 5-8 quid tops!

    they did the last time i was in!.
    granted it was a few months back but money is money:D
