NZ Employer's Attitude to Migrants and Expats

The survey is divided the employers into 3 groups - those who have not worked outside NZ; those who are migrants themselves; those who are expats and is tailored around the feels and advise each of these 3 groups would suggest to new Immigrants.


Some of it is fairly harsh and contradictory, eg "Show what you can unique brings" but "Dont talk about what you learned overseas"..

Lots of good advice there (I'm a Kiwi, currently working overseas, but how hired plenty of people while I was workig there).

Especially the bit about "learn to parallel park"

I don't see "Show what you can unique brings" but "Dont talk about what you learned overseas".. as contradictory. Showing and talking about are two different things.
