Hope someone can help me on this one. I signed a one year contract in February in 2012. it's up now and while they said they want to keep me, do I technically have a contract now or can I leave tomorrow or can they kick me out tomorrow. Hypothetically speaking of course. Just wondering if i'd have to give a full notice or…

Hope someone can help me on this one.
