Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Broken iPhone 4S Antenna

I dropped my iPhone 4S down the toilet a month ago. I've only had it since November. When I bought it I specified to the 3 agent that sold me the phone that yes, I would like insurance. However when it came to making a claim on the iphone when it got damaged, the insurance couldn't find any records belonging to me.
I got in contact with the shop from which I bought the phone and after looking through their records they told me that I had no insurance and that I must not have asked for it. I know for 100% certain that I did, I'm wondering if there is anything I can do about this? If they have no record of it and nothing signed by me?

The point of this, though, is that the antenna obviously got damaged because the phone constantly says 'searching' in the top left hand corner. I can't receive/make texts/calls and have no internet. So basically it doesn't function as a phone but I can still play games and take photos etc.
I'm wondering if anybody knows of any good iphone repair shops in Dublin that would be able to repair my phone? I'm still paying the bill for it even though I'm unable to use it so its killing me!

    Thanks!

More than likely the logic board is damaged(rusted/corroded) on the phone, if this happened some time ago its more than likely going to be irreversible.
Best take it to a phone repair shop and have the logic board cleaned and problem diagnosed.
