    Hi folks,

    I'm just looking for a bit of advice regarding renting my room out.
    I'm currently living with one of my mates and we both own the house. My girlfriend only lives up the road and has her own house so i'm going to move in with her. My housemate will continue to live in the house with any new tenant
    I've put an Ad up on daft.ie and have someone coming to view the room on Monday.
    I've never done this before so do you think i need a written contract?
