were the perth festivities a good day?

this year was my first paddys in sydney, spent the day down in hyde park. while there was a great crowd, the queue for the bar was horrendous. and probably the most sickening part of it was PJ O Briens charged $1 for the plastic tray to carry your drinks away, i genuinely thought the girl behind the bar was having a laugh....a dollar for a plastic tray!!

otherwise, it was great to have a huge area for all the Irish to congregate and it was a gorgeous day.
