Sky disconnecting every night at 11pm

I have sky unlimited having left the clutches of eircom. I am near the exchange and during the day get 17mb down. However evening at 11am,as if on a timer my connection gets disconnected and stays out for the night. I phoned sky and they can do nothing because their tech support closes at 11pm and next morning everything…

I have had sales calls from eircom in thr evening offering me 3 months free if i go back to them. Any one else getting disconnected like this ?

If its 11 on the dot I'd say it sounds like a daily IP renewal(going wrong).

Have you tried power cycling the router after it drops the connection?
