    Hi there. Anyone know a good personal trainer in the Oranmore area? I need someone to motivate me!

    There's a few options;up behind the Maldron, French & Vanolli do a lot of classes (CrossFit) and one on one sessions as does James O'Donnell. Another option is the Galway Fitsquad.

    Group sessions can be a great motivator as you have the banter of other members to help push you along too.
