How do i turn it on? :o:o

I have filled it, hopefully correct. I have charged both of the batteries that came.
I have screwed the battery on to the top part, and pressed the button..
Nothing.. I left one battery in overnight.

Am i completely thick, or am i missing something obvious?

Looking for a plastic strip or similar to pull out.

Dying for a smoke.... I didn't buy any more after i finished my last pack.

Don't they all come with a manual that states that in bold print?

No. I've never received anything with any kind of instructions. Major issue in my opinion.

+1 on the "not any kind of instructions" for the one kit i ordered.

No manual. I had to look up youtube on how to fill it, and would NEVER have guessed to fill it with the part with the wicks attached.

No instructions at all, just a basic card that stats how to screw it/not to screw it together..

I bought a genuine Ego starter pack, which had manuals, advice, a leather holder and an awesome case. It was an old type from around two years ago, feckin useless for flavour.

I suppose since people buy different bits and pieces, they all come without that stuff now so people can piece together what they want at a cheaper price.

I bought a value starter pack, i didn't choose different bits and pieces, just bought it, no instructions at all.

They could print out a basic one-page pdf or .doc and include it.

I kept my box because of how pretty it was, must actually see if I can find all the pieces and post them up here, show people what it was like back in the day :p

Not at all a silly question! I think it is a little confusing with no instructions and you have your brain screaming at you "SMOOOKE, HAVE A NICE CIGARETTE INSTEAD, THIS DOESN'T WORK, JUST SMOKE" or at least that's what happend me! Always best to ask

I just bought another starter kit for a friend and on the invoice there was a hand written note saying to click the button 5 times to turn on battery :D

Still off the fags since the 14 of feb, never had that much faith in the T2 or myself but so far so good :D
