I always called it the Grange's Road. The Granges road is the orange one from the roundabout at Lord Edward Street and continues around the bend where it ends at the other roundabout on the Freshford road. The white road that is a continuation of the Grange's road is the Dunningstown road. I don't know what this other road to Loughmacask is called.

There's a sign down by Lord Edward St. I went to streetview it but it doesn't seem to have been there when it was done (or I imagined it being there). Both Ayrefield medical centre and the Loretto school, which are on the road have their address as Granges Road. Hope this helps.

What's more important is the pronounciation.

Granges is pronounced so that it sounds almost exactly like Ganges, the Indian river.
