Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Another thread in AH (most embarrassing thing on tv) got me thinking about this tv show.

The premise was that 8 couples competed for a house - in Mullingar.

From some online digging I see that the winners (a couple from Limerick and Tipperary) never actually moved into it. It was worth €179,000 when they won in 2003 and apparently was worth €279,000 2 years later.

    Does anyone know
    (a) did the winners sell it or do they still own it (the rules did not preclude them from selling it iirc)
    (b) are the winners still together??
    (b) the other couples - are they still together etc? Did they manage to buy their own houses during the next few crazy years after 03?

 The years from then until now are really key in boom/bust history of Ireland :(
I think it'd be a nice bit of social history if RTE could revisit them all and we saw how they fared through the last decade.

Ps. Funny how they were all m/f couples. Wonder was this specifically stated in the rules?!! I wonder if they did it now m/m and f/f couples would be included. I assume and hope so!

So anyone know anyone who took part etc?
