I see Apartments are still good value in Ashtown, Surely people should be purchasing these at €160K when rent is at €1150 p/m ?

144K mortgage over 30 years at 4.6% is €740 or so, over 20 years it is €925 a month?

    160 I presume is a two bed ? I'd say that's expensive.

Big place and many places not as sought after as Ashtown! Rent in the area confirms that!
